Payment Details

To secure your reservation with CARAVANE DU GRAND ERG travel agency, a deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is required. This payment can be made via PayPal, wire transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, or Wise. Upon selecting your desired trip, you will receive a payment link to complete the deposit process.

The remaining balance can be settled upon your arrival in Morocco. You have the option to pay in cash (Euros or US Dollars ). Alternatively, the remaining balance can be paid via Bank Wire Transfer or PayPal, with a 5% fee applied.

At CARAVANE DU GRAND ERG, we recognize that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following cancellation guidelines:

Cancellation Timeframes

• Desert Tours: Cancellations for desert tours must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled departure.
• Travel Packages: For travel packages, cancellations should be made no later than 45 days before departure.
• Group Packages: Large group bookings may be subject to specific cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please submit a written request via email.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations made outside the specified timeframes will incur a minimal administrative fee. Cancellations within the designated period are non-refundable. Depending on the booking type and proximity to the departure date, we may offer the option to apply your deposit to a future booking.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your cancellation request, following the terms of your booking. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for your scheduled booking without prior notice will be considered a “no-show,” and no refund will be issued. No-shows may also impact the availability of subsequent services within your itinerary, including return flights and accommodations.

Service Provider Policies

Please note that cancellation policies of hotels and other service providers may differ and could influence the overall cancellation charges.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen events that may necessitate cancellations, such as illness or emergencies. Travel insurance can cover costs related to cancellations.

Booking Modifications

Should you need to make changes to your booking, such as adjusting travel dates or passenger details, please contact us promptly. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the changes.

Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, including natural disasters, political unrest, or other unexpected events, CARAVANE DU GRAND ERG reserves the right to alter or cancel bookings as needed. In such situations, we will collaborate with you to identify appropriate solutions and provide refunds where applicable.
