Day 1

FROM CASABLANCA TO THE HISTORICAL CULTURE OF RABAT

Our 10-day tour from Casablanca cover the imperial cities and Sahara Desert starts in the city, where we will pick you up from your hotel or the airport (or from Marrakech airport if needed). You'll explore the lively Corniche seafront and visit the impressive Hassan II Mosque. Then, stop by Rick's Café, inspired by the classic film "Casablanca."

Next, we travel to Rabat, Morocco's capital. Here, you'll see the Oudayas Kasbah, Hassan Tower, and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V.

You'll stay in a comfortable 3 or 4-star hotel or a traditional riad in Rabat, ready for the rest of the journey.

Day 2

From imperial Rabat to Blue City of Chefchaoun

After breakfast, we continues along the way to Chefchaouen, passing through Ouazzane and the Middle Atlas Mountains before finally arriving in the blue city.
After lunch, enjoy a sightseeing tour with a local guide who will show you many attractions and hidden spots that you wouldn't find on your own. Spend the rest of the day wandering the beautiful blue-washed alleyways and the colorful medina. Relax in one of the many cafés with splendid views of the green hills and valleys.
End the day with dinner and an overnight stay in a beautiful riad.

Day 3

From Chefchaoun to ancient Fez: A journey through Meknes and Volubilis

After breakfast, you leave the blue city and drive to Fes, the oldest imperial cities and Sahara Desert in Morocco. The journey takes you via the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Roman ruins of Volubilis. Here, you can hire a local guide to gain rich insights into the history of this fascinating site.
From there, you continue to the holy town of Moulay Idris. Although the mausoleum is only accessible to Muslims, the main square offers beautiful views and is full of little shops selling souvenirs.
Later, the journey continues through the hills and countryside of the Rif region until you reach Fes.

You'll stay in a comfortable 3 or 4-star hotel or a traditional riad in Fez.

Here, a beautiful riad awaits, offering dinner and a restful night's stay.

Day 4

Guided tour sightseeing Fes

On the third day of our 10-day tour from Casablanca cover the imperial cities and Sahara Desert , we explore Fez, a city frozen in time with its UNESCO World Heritage Site Medina. Guided by a local expert, we visit the Royal Palace and the historic Jewish quarter.

We climb to Kasbah Borj for a panoramic view of the bustling Medina. A tour of a pottery factory showcases local craftsmanship, and we navigate the lively streets of Fes.

Highlights include the Qarawiyyin Mosque and the Nejjarine Museum. At the Chouara Tanneries, vibrant colors and bustling workers create an unforgettable scene.

We return to our Accomadiocion Riad in the Medina as night falls for a traditional Moroccan dinner.

Day 5

From the heights of the Atlas to the Merzouga Desert Erg Chebbi

After breakfast, we head south to the Middle Atlas Mountains. Our first stop is Ifrane city, known as the "Switzerland of Morocco," where you can enjoy the mountain air and scenic views.

Next, we visit Azrou, a charming village with mountains and forests. Look out for Barbary macaque monkeys!

Driving through the Middle Atlas, you'll see changing landscapes, from lush valleys to rocky peaks. We stop for lunch in Midelt town.

Then, we cross the High Atlas Mountains, with wonderful views along the way. Finally, we reach Merzouga Desert, where you'll stay in the Kasbah Hotel.

Day 6

Erg Chebbi 4x4 Safari Tour around the Dunes (Camel Trekking & Overnight at the Desert Camp

After breakfast, set out on a 4x4 safari to explore the villages and tribes surrounding the Erg Chebbi sand dunes. We'll pause to visit a Nomad family, share tea, and learn about their daily life. Then, we'll stop to admire wild fossils and explore various villages in remote locations.

A visit to Khamlia village is a highlight, home to an ancient slave tribe. Here, you'll be greeted by a Gnawa music band and enjoy refreshing mint tea. Lunch will be served, featuring a special Berber Pizza known locally as Madfouna.

The afternoon offers free time for optional activities like sandboarding, buggy rides, or quad biking.

Around 5 pm, camels will be ready for a one-hour trek on the sand dunes during sunset—the perfect time for stunning photos as the sand turns red to match the beautiful sky. Arrive at your desert camp, check into your private tent, and savor a special evening ahead.

Indulge in a delicious dinner accompanied by a campfire, drum players, and Berber music. Spend the night in a private luxury tent under the stars and a clear sky, creating a sight like never seen before

Day 7

Sunrise in Erg Chebbi and adventures between Rissani and the Dades Valley

Rise and shine early to catch the sunrise atop the dune. Enjoy breakfast at the camp before a camel ride back to the starting point. Then, hop into the vehicle and head northwest towards Rissani, an ancient city once a bustling trading center for caravans. Learn about its rich history, including its role in gold and slave auctions, and as the hometown of the current dynasty.

Next, journey back to the High Atlas mountains, this time towards Tinghir, home to one of the most stunning oases surrounded by mountains and canyons. Drive along the Todra mountain gorge, a striking valley with rocky canyons and towering palm trees. Take a stroll in the gorge before pausing for lunch.

Continue to Dades mountain gorge and valley, stopping along the way to marvel at the Monkey Paths mountain formation and capture some picturesque moments. Spend the night in a guest house overlooking the valley.

Day 8

Dades - Ouarzazate - Ait Benhaddou - Telouet - Marrakech (5-6 hour drive)

In the morning, we set off for Ouarzazate, traveling through the scenic Rose Valley and along the famous Thousand Kasbahs road. Along the way, we'll pass by the Skoura Oasis and the renowned Amridil Kasbah, dating back to the 17th century. You have the option to visit this historical site.

Continuing our journey, we arrive at Ouarzazate, often referred to as the Moroccan Hollywood due to its extensive history of film production. You can opt to visit the Cinema Studios for an hour to learn more about the movie-making process.

Our next stop is the iconic Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site built in the 11th century. This ancient fortress has served as the backdrop for numerous famous films, including Lawrence of Arabia and Gladiator. After exploring the kasbah, we'll enjoy lunch before continuing our journey through the stunning Ounila Valley, once a crucial route for caravans traveling from the Sahara to Marrakech.

Next, we visit the Kasbah of Telouet, once the seat of the powerful Glaoui family. This historic site offers insight into the region's political history, with the Glaoui family having significant influence in southern Morocco.

As we resume our journey, we traverse the High Atlas Mountains, making a stop to admire the breathtaking panoramic views from the Tizi-N-Tichka pass, the highest tarmac road in Africa. Here, you'll have the opportunity to take photos and soak in the beauty of the Berber villages and landscapes below.

Descending from the High Atlas, we finally arrive in vibrant Marrakech, where we'll take you to the old city Medina for an unforgettable evening in one of its many traditional Riads.

Day 9

Full day Marrakech Medina Guided city tour

After enjoying a hearty breakfast, we'll embark on a journey to discover the highlights of Marrakech with the expertise of a local guide. Known as one of the four imperial cities in Morocco, Marrakech boasts a rich history and vibrant culture waiting to be explored.

Our visit will include:

Bahia Palace: Step into the lavish world of the Bahia Palace, renowned for its exquisite architecture and ornate decorations.

Saadian Tombs : : Explore the historic Saadian Tombs, a testament to the city's illustrious past and architectural grandeur.

Ben Youssef Quranic Mosque : Marvel at the beauty of the Ben Youssef Quranic Mosque, a sacred site of worship and reflection.

Stroll Through the Souks : Immerse yourself in the bustling atmosphere of Marrakech's largest traditional souk, where vibrant colors and exotic scents fill the air.

Free Time for Lunch : Take some time to enjoy a leisurely lunch near the iconic Jemaa El-Fna square, soaking in the sights and sounds of this lively hub.

Koutoubia Mosqu: Visit the impressive Koutoubia Mosque, the largest mosque in Marrakech, and admire its majestic minaret.

Finally, we'll arrange for your transfer back to your accommodation, where you can unwind and relax after a day of exploration.

Departure from Marrakech (or Casablanca Airport )

As you prepare to bid farewell to the enchanting land of Morocco, it's important to plan your journey to the airport accordingly. We recommend arriving at the airport at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure time to ensure a smooth travel experience.

Here are the estimated travel times from your accommodation to the following airports:

Marrakech Airport: Approximately 20 minutes away.

Casablanca Airport: Allow for a journey of about 2.5 hours.

Rabat Airport: Plan for a travel time of approximately 3.5 hours.
